For park owners

Selling your park? It starts with one email.

I'm Alejandro Musso. Through AM Terra, I acquire RV parks and mobile home parks — and when a park is a better fit for one of the qualified buyers I work with, I make that introduction instead. No listing. No commission charged to you. And one rule above all: you never send me a dollar. In a real sale, money flows one direction — toward you.

WHY WRITING

I'm deaf. That's why everything here happens in writing — no calls, no "hop on Zoom," no pressure. It also works in your favor: every answer you get is one you can re-read, and every commitment I make is on record.

How it works

Three steps, all on paper

STEP 01

You email me about your park

A few basics are enough to start — where it is, roughly how many sites, and what you're hoping for. You don't need financials prepared or a broker involved.

STEP 02

I reply in writing within 48 hours

You'll get a clear written answer: whether I want to pursue it, whether it fits one of my buyers instead, what information would help next — or an honest "not a fit." Never silence.

STEP 03

If it fits, we talk numbers — and a title company handles the rest

Whether I acquire it or introduce you to a buyer, nothing about your park is shared with anyone until you approve it in writing. And when a deal closes, a licensed title company holds every dollar and every document — you can call them directly at any point. That's how you're protected: by the process, not by trusting a stranger.

Fit check

Does your park fit?

Six quick questions, one at a time. At the end you'll see exactly how your park lines up — and your first email will already be written for you.

Let's check your park

QUESTION 1 OF 6

What kind of park is it?

Pick the closest fit.

QUESTION 2 OF 6

About how many sites or pads?

A rough number is fine — count RV sites, pads, and cabins together.

QUESTION 3 OF 6

What state is the park in?

Texas is my home market, but the buyers I work with look wider.

QUESTION 4 OF 6

Is the park open year-round?

QUESTION 5 OF 6

How are water and sewer handled?

Every setup is workable — this just helps me point the right buyer at your park.

QUESTION 6 OF 6

Would you consider owner financing?

Optional and nothing to decide now — it can affect price and taxes, and some buyers prefer it.

    My written commitments

What you can hold me to

Because everything I do is in writing, every promise below is one you can point back to.

    Before you reply

Verify me — don't take my word for it

    Check the public record first

You're about to correspond with a stranger about the biggest asset you own. So don't trust me — verify me. AM Terra LLC is on the Texas public record, and you can look it up yourself on the Texas Secretary of State or Comptroller website, the same way you'd check any company.

Entity: AM TERRA LLC — Texas Domestic Limited-Liability Company
    Texas SOS file number: 0806665789
Registered: June 23, 2026 · Status: In Existence
Registered agent: Republic Registered Agent LLC, Houston, TX

Yes, the company is young — I formed it this year specifically to acquire parks. Every company is new once. That's exactly why nothing in my process asks for your trust: the public record, the written trail, and the title company do that work instead.

    What to send

Your first email only needs the basics

    Who you're writing to

Alejandro Musso — AM Terra LLC

AM Terra is me: Alejandro Musso. I evaluate and acquire RV parks and mobile home communities — from smaller owner-operated parks to larger properties — and when a park is a better match for one of the vetted buyers I work with, I introduce the owner directly instead. Either way, you deal with one person, in writing, from first email to closing table.

Working in writing isn't a shortcut here — it's the method: every conversation is written down, every commitment is on record, and nothing is ever agreed "on a call."

I'm not a brokerage and I don't list properties. I do one thing: get the right park to the closing table — in writing, with a documented trail the whole way.
